海尔智家(06690)于2026年7月6日公布翌日披露报表，公告显示当日通过上海证券交易所回购A股99万股，用于股权激励计划，占公司回购前已发行股本约0.01621%。本次回购每股价格区间在人民币20.53元至人民币20.60元之间，成交量加权平均价格约为人民币20.56元，合计使用资金人民币2035.90万元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数保持约62.53亿股不变，其中已发行在外股份数目减少至约61.05亿股，库存股份数目增至约1.48亿股。公司在公告中确认，本次股份回购已获得董事会正式授权，且符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规的要求。
