2026年10月16日，精优药业控股有限公司（00858）发布公告称，已向潜在买方发出书面终止通知，终止此前就可能出售可换股债券所签订的谅解备忘录。
公司表示，由于与潜在买方的磋商未取得预期进展，董事会决定根据相关条款放弃进一步磋商。终止通知发出之日，谅解备忘录立即失效，双方不再享有任何权利或承担任何义务。
董事会同时指出，谅解备忘录的终止不会对集团的财务状况及业务营运产生重大不利影响。
该谅解备忘录最初签署于2026年3月27日，目的在于探讨出售可换股债券的可能性。此次终止标志着相关谈判正式结束。
截至公告日，公司执行董事包括谢毅博士、郭懿博士、程勇先生、王秀娟女士及吴祥云先生；独立非执行董事为金松女士、曾立博士及杨晓蓉女士。
