值得注意的是，灵宝黄金近期公布的2024年度业绩表现亮眼，收入同比增长12.7%至118.67亿元人民币，公司拥有人应占溢利大幅增长119.4%至6.98亿元。此外，香港联交所最新资料显示，4月23日有灵宝黄金股东将市值8.27亿港元的股票由兴证国际证券转入浦银国际证券，占比7.76%，这一大额转仓行为也可能引发了市场对公司的关注。
