SEER TECH (06106) saw its shares jump nearly 12% during Tuesday morning trading. As of the time of writing, the stock was up 9.42% at HK$74.95, with trading turnover reaching HK$25.1953 million.
In terms of catalysts, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange released an announcement on September 7 regarding adjustments to the Stock Connect eligible securities list, officially adding SEER TECH to the program with immediate effect. The Shanghai Stock Exchange had already issued a similar notice on September 4. Following its inclusion, mainland Chinese investors can directly trade the stock through their A-share accounts, which is expected to significantly enhance liquidity and support valuation recovery.
In a separate development, Soochow Securities International issued a research report initiating coverage on SEER TECH with a "Buy" rating and a 12-month target price of HK$100.55. The brokerage believes the company has completed large-scale commercial validation of its third-party robot brain across multiple configurations and scenarios, with approximately 50,000 units of real-world installed systems further establishing a scarce data entry point. The firm notes that SEER TECH is currently evolving from a robot brain platform into an embodied intelligence platform driven by real-world data.
