Boer Power Holdings Limited disclosed on 4 September 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.boerpower.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board confirmed that, in line with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong’s paper-less listing regime (Listing Rule 2.07 effective since 31 December 2023), Boer Power has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, covering annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

Registered shareholders are encouraged to supply a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code or returning the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. If no valid email address is provided, actionable corporate communications will continue to be dispatched in printed form. Shareholders may alternatively elect to receive hard copies; such instructions will remain effective for one year from the date of receipt.
