2026年8月21日，海螺水泥(00914)发布公告称，于当日通过上海证券交易所购回A股84.00万股，占回购前公司已发行股本约0.0213%。本次回购价格介乎人民币17.39元至人民币17.47元，总共耗资约人民币1,463.81万元。
回购完成后，海螺水泥的已发行股份总数维持在3,977,460,044股，其中流通股本为3,942,270,244股，库藏股数上升至35,189,800股。本次购回的股份全部作为库藏股持有。
公司确认交易符合相关上市规则及当地法律法规的规定。本公告由联席公司秘书虞水签署。
