高维科技投资集团有限公司（以下简称“公司”）于2026年3月2日发布截至2026年2月28日的股份变动月报表。报告显示，公司于期内未发生任何新增发行、购回或注销等股份变动，股本结构保持稳定。
公司披露，普通股的注册股本数量上月底及本月底均为1,000,000,000股，每股面值为0.1港元，注册股本总额维持在1亿港元；已发行股份上月底及本月底的结余同为319,564,892股，且不存在库存股。公司在报告中确认继续符合香港联合交易所有限公司相关上市规则要求。
