UMP Healthcare Holdings Limited (722) Approves Medical Services Agreement at EGM

UMP Healthcare Holdings Limited (722) announced that an extraordinary general meeting on 21 November 2025 approved an ordinary resolution concerning the medical services agreement dated 9 October 2025 between UMP Professional and CTF Life, including the relevant annual caps. According to the poll results, 67,781,339 votes (100%) were cast in favor of the resolution, with no objections recorded.

All directors attended the meeting in person except for two directors who had other business commitments. On the date of the meeting, the total number of issued shares stood at 810,955,244. A total of 469,367,912 shares, representing approximately 57.88% of the issued share capital, were required to and did abstain from voting due to relevant Listing Rules. Hence, 341,587,332 shares (about 42.12% of total issued shares) were eligible to vote. The resolution was successfully passed as an ordinary resolution.

The Company’s branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, acted as the scrutineer for the poll.
