滴普科技发布公告，于2025年12月17日，该公司与沐曦集成电路(上海)股份有限公司(沐曦股份)订立战略合作协议，旨在利用双方各自的优势及资源，在企业级大模型AI应用领域方面深化战略合作关系。
根据战略合作协议，双方将根据自身优势资源，聚焦制造、商业流通、交通、医疗等关键行业数智化需求，成立联合技术攻关团队，打造从底层硬件算力平台到AI级企业操作系统以及Agentic AI应用的全栈国产AI端到端解决方案。沐曦股份将从上至下提供全方位的技术支撑与配合，对公司的团队进行全方位赋能，并将以专业的技术支撑团队，及时为公司提供富有竞争力的、针对性的多套解决方案。
通过签订战略合作协议，双方将本着平等互利、资源共享、优势互补的原则，加强双方合作，推动各项业务发展，实现互惠共赢，有助于实现公司的战略目标。
