EVER HARVEST GP Announces Appointment of Zhu Manting as Company Secretary, CFO, and Authorized Representative

The board of EVER HARVEST GP (01549) has announced the resignation of Mr. Yu Haoming from his positions as the company's secretary, chief financial officer, and authorized representative as stipulated under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's listing rules, effective July 15, 2026.
It is further announced that Ms. Zhu Manting has been appointed to the roles of company secretary, chief financial officer, and authorized representative, also effective from July 15, 2026.
Ms. Zhu possesses over 18 years of experience in the fields of auditing, accounting, corporate secretarial duties, and financial management. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
