JinkoSolar's stock experienced a significant pre-market plunge of 5.71% on Friday, following the release of preliminary financial results from its subsidiary that revealed substantial losses for the full year 2025.
The sharp decline comes as Jinko Solar Co., Ltd., a key subsidiary of JinkoSolar, reported a net loss of approximately 6.8 billion yuan ($991.56 million) for 2025, marking a dramatic shift from profit to loss compared to the previous year. The company's total operating revenue also decreased by 29.18% year-over-year to 65.492 billion yuan.
Investors reacted negatively to these preliminary unaudited results, which indicate significant challenges in the company's financial performance and operational outlook for the past fiscal year.
