2026年7月30日，中国投融资（01226）向登记股东发出通知称，公司已将《2025/2026年年报》同时上载至公司网站（www.chnif.com.hk）及香港联合交易所披露易网站（www.hkexnews.hk）。
通知函指出，如股东此前未登记电邮地址或所留电邮地址无效，可通过填写并提交随附回条，改以电邮方式接收公司日后在网站发布公司通讯的提示。股东可选择将回条电邮至1226-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk，或邮寄／亲送至香港股份过户登记处联合证券登记有限公司，地址为香港北角英皇道338号华懋交易广场2期33楼3301-04室；若在香港本地寄回，可使用回条所附邮寄标签并免贴邮票。
公告同时提醒，股东可随时书面要求公司免费寄送公司通讯的印刷本；若因任何原因无法在网站查阅相关文件，可向公司提出印刷本请求。
