Shangri-La Asia reports unchanged share capital in Jan, 2026 monthly return

Shangri-La Asia Limited said in its filing to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing that, for the month ended Jan, 31 2026, its authorised share capital stood at 5.0 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 1 each, unchanged from the previous month. Issued shares were steady at 3,585,525,056, and the company held no treasury shares.
The group confirmed that it met the exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as at the end of the reporting period.
No movements occurred during the month in relation to share options, warrants, convertible securities, other equity-linked instruments or treasury-share transactions, the company added.
