2026年8月24日，富智康集团（股票代码：02038）于当日发布公告称，公司在香港联交所场内回购普通股50,000股，约占当日回购前已发行股本（不包括库藏股）总数的0.0064%。本次回购价格区间介乎每股16.38港元至16.65港元，合计耗资约82.84万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）数量为781,423,483股，库藏股股份增加至7,026,517股。截至当前，公司已发行股份总数仍为788,450,000股。公司于2026年5月22日通过本次股份回购授权，授权可回购股份总数为78,272,118股，迄今已回购1,964,000股，余下可回购额度为76,308,118股。
公告显示，富智康集团确认本次回购活动已经遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。公告由公司秘书黄建昕签署。
