An anonymous industry source told Yonhap News Agency that the labor union at SK hynix has voted to accept a revised wage and collective bargaining agreement with management.
In the most recent vote, the updated proposal secured 57.08% approval from union members.
The newly agreed terms raise the cash portion of profit sharing from 40% to 50%, while trimming the equity component from 60% down to 50%.
