DT Capital announced on 25 June 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its latest circular—detailing a proposed share consolidation and an accompanying change in board-lot size—are now available on the company’s website (www.dt-capitalhk.com) and on the HKEXnews platform.

The circular, dated 25 June 2026, is accompanied by a Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and a proxy form. Registered shareholders who have previously elected to receive hard-copy corporate communications will find printed materials enclosed; all others are encouraged to review the documents online.

Shareholders preferring printed copies of the current or any future corporate communications can obtain them free of charge by submitting the enclosed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, or by emailing 356-ecom@vistra.com. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postal returns.

DT Capital stresses the importance of maintaining an active email address with the registrar. Without a functioning email on record, shareholders will receive only physical copies of publication notices and actionable communications until a valid address is supplied.

Enquiries may be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Hong Kong time) or via email at 356-ecom@vistra.com. The board, chaired by Chan Pui Kwan, authorized the release of this shareholder notification.
