壹照明集团控股有限公司（08222）8月18日公告，其全资附属公司壹照明集团营运有限公司已与独立第三方和昌有限公司就位于香港黄竹坑65道志昌行中心14楼B、C及D室的仓库签订重续租赁条款。
根据公告，重续租赁主要条款如下： 1. 租期自2026年8月1日至2028年7月31日，为期两年； 2. 两年租期内应付总代价不低于1,872,000港元，仅涵盖每月基本租金，不包括差饷、空调及管理费、推广费用及其他支出； 3. 租赁费用将按月以内部资源支付； 4. 双方将于租期开始或之前签署正式租赁协议。
依据香港财务报告准则第16号，公司就该物业将确认约1,763,000港元（未经审计）的使用权资产，计算现值时采用5.85%的折现率。 由于该租赁交易的适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，按《GEM证券上市规则》构成须予披露交易，仅需履行公告及申报义务，获豁免股东批准。
公告称，租赁物业将继续用作集团仓库，有助维持稳定运营并避免额外的寻址、装修及搬迁成本。
