恒安国际集团有限公司（股票代码：01044）于2026年5月7日发布公告称，公司当日在香港联交所场内回购股份83万股，占事件前公司已发行股本的约0.0717%。回购价格介乎每股港币26.98元至27.30元，合计支付约2259.11万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数由先前的1158070917股降至1157240917股，库藏股数量相应增加至488万股。根据公告，购回授权的决议于2025年5月20日通过，授权购回股份总数为116212091股，截至目前公司已根据授权回购了488万股，占授权通过当日已发行股份总数约0.4199%。
公司表示，本次回购符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律规定。公告由公司秘书施小丽签署。
