6月1日，现代牧业(01117)公布《2026年5月股份变动月报表》，公告显示报告期为2026年5月1日至5月31日。公司全称为中国现代牧业控股有限公司，注册地为开曼群岛。
根据公告，现代牧业当前法定及注册股本仍为100亿股普通股（每股面值0.1港元），对应注册股本金合计为10亿港元。截至5月31日，公司已发行股份总数保持在7,915,662,048股，无库存股份，较上月无变动。
此外，公告显示，基于与中国农垦产业发展基金（有限合伙）于2024年2月1日签署的购股权协议，如购股权按2.06港元/股的行使价，并以人民币6亿元（或等值港元）认购总金额计算，若购股权获全面行使，现代牧业将向中墾基金配发334,672,507股。本月内并无因此实际发行新股。
整体来看，现代牧业于5月并未进行新的股份发行、购回、注销或库藏股活动，已发行股本保持不变。公司在当月月报中确认已符合香港联交所主板上市规则有关足够数量公众持股的要求，并表示将持续遵守《上市规则》及其他适用法律法规。
