Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited filed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 21 May 2026, confirming the latest movements under its share repurchase programme.
The company’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.08 billion ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding.
On 21 May 2026 TENFU repurchased 3,000 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK$2.83 to HK$2.84, for a total consideration of HK$8,500. All repurchased shares are intended for cancellation.
Including earlier transactions dated 8–20 May that are pending cancellation, the company has bought back an aggregate 22,000 shares during the period at prices between HK$2.83 and HK$2.86.
Under the share repurchase mandate approved on 11 May 2026, TENFU is authorised to repurchase up to 108.28 million shares. To date, 20,000 shares (0.0018 % of the issued share capital on the mandate date) have been repurchased on the market.
In accordance with Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), TENFU is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 20 June 2026 following the latest buyback.
