GIC GROUP (01669) announced that on August 1, 2025, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Global Credit, acting as lender, entered into twelve loan renewal agreements with Customer A, Customer B, and Customer C as borrowers. Under these agreements, Global Credit has agreed to grant twelve secured loans with a total amount of HK$30.583 million.
