2026年8月7日，中国石油化工股份(股票代码：00386)发布翌日披露报告，披露于当日通过上海证券交易所回购A股1,100,000股，约占回购前公司已发行A股股份总数的0.001%。回购价格区间为每股人民币5.07元至5.13元，合计支付约人民币560.54万元。
公告显示，本次回购股份尚未被注销，截至2026年8月7日，公司H股及A股的已发行股份数仍分别维持在23,782,600,600股及97,142,913,622股。报告另示，前期自2026年6月18日至7月21日期间，公司已陆续回购H股合计80,088,000股；自2026年6月18日至8月7日期间，已陆续回购A股共94,750,050股，上述回购股份均在后续办理注销手续前暂未转换为库存股份。
公司确认回购过程中遵守了香港联合交易所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。本次公告由公司董事会秘书张征签署。
