香港联豐物產有限公司（“要约人”）与亚洲富思集团控股有限公司（“亚洲富思 (8413)”）于2月27日联合发布公告，就要约人通过天风国际证券与期货有限公司及申万宏源融资（香港）有限公司，向合资格股东收购亚洲富思最多755,300,000股要约股份的附先决条件自愿现金部分要约，进行每月进展更新。
根据公告，此部分要约须待多项先决条件达成后方可作实。目前，要约人已就先决条件(b)向湖北省人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会提交申请，该申请仍在审读过程中。要约人及亚洲富思 (8413)将继续推进实现各先决条件，并将于适当时候发布后续进展。
同时，综合文件的寄发期限已延长至先决条件达成后的七日内，或至2026年6月18日（以较早者为准）。公告强调，若部分要约未能成为无条件状态，则可能失效。公告提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖股份时应审慎行事，并密切关注后续公告。
