Pa Shun International Holdings Limited (PASHUN INT'L) has appointed Mr. Fang Shuai, aged 48, as a non-executive director effective 5 June 2026. The three-year term can be terminated by either party with at least 15 days’ written notice, and Mr. Fang will be subject to retirement by rotation and re-election in accordance with the company’s Articles and Hong Kong Listing Rules.

Mr. Fang holds a master’s degree in Computer Application and Management from Shandong University of Finance and has completed MBA and EMBA advanced training programmes at Shandong Taishan Management Institute (2008) and the National School of Development, Peking University (2024), respectively. With more than 20 years of healthcare and financial-leasing experience, he currently serves as: • General Manager, Shandong Shukang Hengtong Technology & Trade Co., Ltd. • Chairman, Qilu International Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. • Chairman, Shanghai Ruizhuolong Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

The remuneration committee and the board will set Mr. Fang’s director’s fee based on his background, duties, and prevailing market conditions. As of the announcement date, he: • Holds no other positions within PASHUN INT'L or its subsidiaries. • Has not served as a director of any other listed company in the past three years. • Has no relationships with directors, senior management, substantial or controlling shareholders, and owns no shares in the company as defined under Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.

Following the appointment, the board comprises two executive directors (Yuan Hongbing and Ma Qinghai), three non-executive directors (Chen Zhongzheng, Fang Shuai, and Zhou Jinkai), and three independent non-executive directors (Li Yan, Dr. Lowe Chun Yip, and Wong Tung Yuen).
