Dongjiang Environmental Company Limited released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming that both its registered and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

The group retains total authorised and registered capital of 1.11 billion shares with a par value of RMB 1.00 each. This is split between 200.14 million H shares listed in Hong Kong and 905.12 million A shares listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. There were no increases, decreases or cancellations across either share class in April.

Issued share figures mirror the authorised totals—200.14 million H shares and 905.12 million A shares—while treasury share balances stand at zero for both classes, indicating no repurchases or cancellations.

Under Main Board Rule 13.32D(1), the company confirmed that its H-share public float meets the minimum 5 percent requirement applicable to PRC issuers with other listed shares.

The filing also notes the absence of outstanding share options, warrants, convertible securities or other equity-linked instruments, and no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts are in issue.

The Monthly Return was signed by Chairman Wang Bi'an and submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 7 May 2026.
