信铭生命科技集团有限公司(00474)于2026年3月3日宣布，认购协议所有条件已成就，并根据该协议完成认购事项。公司确认，完成后IFGL将不再成为其附属公司，而将按公平值以其他全面收益计量的金融资产入账。
完成当日，信铭生命科技向IFGL的代名人配发并发行1,476,350,000股代价股份。自此，公司股份数目由7,381,776,805股增至8,858,126,805股。认购完成后，公司股权结构相应调整，其中李少宇女士依旧为单一最大股东，持有约46.51%的股份；IFGL（或其代名人）则在认购完成后取得约16.67%的股份。
公告显示，紧接完成前，李少宇女士持有4,120,683,115股股份，占该公司已发行股份的约55.82%；完成后，李少宇女士持股占比变动为约46.51%。公司强调，此次发行代价股份已于2026年3月3日生效，余下主要股东持股情况随之相应变动。
