Yunnan Energy International Co. Limited announced that Zhonghui Anda CPA Limited, its incumbent auditor, will retire at the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) and, being eligible, has offered itself for re-appointment.
The board, acting on the Audit Committee’s recommendation, will seek shareholder approval at the AGM to: 1) re-appoint Zhonghui Anda CPA Limited as auditor for the period ending at the next AGM; and 2) authorise the board to determine the auditor’s remuneration for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.
The estimated audit fee for FY-2026 is set between HK$1.70 million and HK$2.00 million, exclusive of out-of-pocket expenses. The fee range was established after arm’s-length negotiation, taking into account historical fees, prevailing market rates, the Group’s business complexity and plans, audit scope and timetable, and the resources required.
Management noted that Zhonghui Anda’s familiarity with the Group’s operations is expected to enhance audit efficiency. Unless material changes arise in operations, accounting policies, or the regulatory environment, the final fee is not expected to deviate significantly from the stated range. Any substantial variation will be separately disclosed.
All other information in the AGM Circular dated 29 April 2026 remains unchanged, the company confirmed.
