XJ International Holdings (01765) Proposes Capital Stock Expansion

XJ International Holdings (01765) has announced that, as of the date of this announcement, the company's authorized share capital stands at $100,000, divided into 10 billion shares, with approximately 8.674 billion shares currently issued. To enhance the company's flexibility in fundraising activities, thereby facilitating future business growth, the Board of Directors has proposed a recommendation to increase the authorized share capital. Any new shares issued following this proposal will hold equal status in all respects to the existing shares. Upon the effectiveness of the proposed capital increase, and assuming no further shares are issued or repurchased between the date of this announcement and the Annual General Meeting scheduled for Friday, February 27, 2026, the company's authorized share capital will be adjusted to $200,000, divided into 20 billion shares. This would consist of approximately 8.674 billion issued shares and around 11.326 billion authorized but unissued shares.
