EXTREME VISION (06636) saw its share price climb more than 4% during the late trading session, with the stock last up 2.19% at HK$69.85, recording a turnover of HK$20.98 million.

According to a recent announcement from the company's official WeChat account, EXTREME VISION has entered into a strategic partnership with GK SuperTech Sdn Bhd (GKST), the artificial intelligence and industrial automation arm of Malaysian-listed George Kent (Malaysia) Berhad, with the agreement formalized in Kuala Lumpur. The collaboration will focus on two key areas: building AI benchmark application scenarios and expanding regional business cooperation, with the aim of capitalizing on the rapidly growing opportunities in Southeast Asia's AI and smart infrastructure sectors.

Prior to this development, EXTREME VISION had officially been approved for inclusion in the Stock Connect program. According to the company's financial report for the first half of fiscal year 2026, revenue reached RMB 165 million, marking a year-on-year increase of 181.2%. Notably, revenue from large model solutions surged to RMB 84.8 million, representing an extraordinary year-on-year growth of 4,540%. The company also successfully turned around to post an adjusted net profit. During the same period, research and development investment amounted to RMB 47.8 million, up 35.1% from the prior year, underscoring the company's continued commitment to innovation.
