The dividend is scheduled for payment on June 30th to shareholders of record as of June 16th, with the ex-dividend date also set for June 16th. In accordance with the terms of the preferred shares, this series pays monthly dividends at a fixed annual rate of 7.125% of the $25 per share liquidation preference.
