HKR INT'L Reports No Share Capital Changes in July 2026; 112.19 Million Options Remain Outstanding

HKR International Limited released its monthly return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming a stable share-capital structure and continued compliance with public-float requirements.

Authorised Share Capital • Unchanged at 4.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.25, representing authorised capital of HKD 1.00 billion.

Issued Shares and Treasury Position • Issued shares remained at 1.49 billion, with no treasury shares recorded. • No share issuances, cancellations, repurchases or transfers took place during the month.

Public Float • The company affirmed that the public float met the Main Board minimum threshold of 25 percent as at 31 July 2026.

Share Options • Total options outstanding: 112.19 million. – 2011 Scheme: 34.87 million options (exercise prices HKD 3.845 and HKD 4.373; expiry in 2027–2028). – 2021 Scheme: 77.32 million options (exercise prices HKD 3.028 and HKD 1.636; expiry in 2026–2028). • No options were exercised, and no proceeds were raised in July 2026.

Other Equity Instruments • The company reported no warrants, convertibles, or other agreements that could dilute share capital.

With no changes in authorised or issued capital and a confirmed adequate public float, HKR INT'L’s capital structure remained steady throughout July 2026.
