SanDisk, Micron up 2%; Seagate, Western Digital up 1%.

Lululemon Athletica stock fell 2% in overnight trading.

Lululemon forecast 2026 ​revenue and profit below analysts' estimates on Tuesday and appointed a former chief of jeans maker Levi Strauss to ‌the board, which is facing a proxy fight.

The yoga gear maker also said it expects to offset "almost all" of the U.S. import tariff impact as it looks to reduce markdowns and boost more full-price sales.

Rocket Lab USA, Inc. shares gave up gains in overnight trading, dropping more than 4% after the company disclosed a fresh at-the-market stock offering that could raise as much as $1 billion.

Oklo Inc. stock fell 2% in overnight trading.

Oklo, a designer of advanced nuclear reactors, reported that its net loss in 2025 narrowed from the previous year.

The company, based in Santa Clara, California, announced a 2025 net loss of $0.72 per share, down slightly from a loss of $0.74 a year earlier. However, the loss was worse than the $0.61 that Wall Street analysts had forecast for the company.

Oklo does not yet produce any earnings or commercial revenue. The company is classified as being “pre-revenue.” However, OKLO stock rose on March 17 ahead of its financial results as the company announced an important business milestone.
