CIFI Holdings Group (00884) announced that in March 2026, the Group achieved (i) contract sales (including contract sales from joint ventures and associated companies) amounting to approximately RMB 1.15 billion, with a contract sales area of about 107,100 square meters, (ii) an average contract selling price of around RMB 12,200 per square meter, and (iii) contract sales attributable to the Company's equity holders of approximately RMB 740 million.

For the period from January to February 2026, the Group recorded (i) cumulative contract sales (including contract sales from joint ventures and associated companies) of approximately RMB 2.41 billion, with a contract sales area of about 232,800 square meters, (ii) an average contract selling price of around RMB 11,300 per square meter, and (iii) contract sales attributable to the Company's equity holders of approximately RMB 1.30 billion.
