特步国际(01368)3月26日发布公告，董事会宣布派发截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息，每股0.095港元。股东可选择以现金或新股方式收取股息，具体派发日为2026年6月30日。
有关股息事项显示，该股息需经股东于2026年5月8日批准，并以2026年5月12日为除净日，5月13日16时30分前办理过户手续可享受该股息。公司将于2026年5月14日至5月18日暂停办理股份过户登记，并以2026年5月18日为记录日期。
公告指出，现金股息将以港元派付，股东如欲部分以现金、部分以新股方式收取股息也可选择相关权益。具体股份寄发日期及首个买卖日尚待公布，零碎股份处理方式亦有待公布。
