中国农产品交易（股票代码：00149）已公告拟在即将召开的股东周年大会上向董事授予股份购回授权，规模最高可达公司于授权获批当日已发行股本（不包括库存股份）的10%。据公告，公司目前已发行股份共计9,953,067,822股，此次计划授权购回的股份数最多可达995,306,782股。
公司在公告中指出，购回所需资金将根据百慕达适用法律以及香港联交所相关规则的要求，从合法资金来源支出。董事会认为，股份购回有助于提升股东回报并优化股本结构，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
