Capinfo Company Limited (1075) (“the Company”) has announced the appointment of Ms. Zhu Chenlan as staff representative director. This appointment was approved on 14 November 2025 by the Company’s staff representative meeting, pending the shareholders’ approval of proposed amendments to the Articles of Association at the upcoming extraordinary general meeting scheduled for 28 November 2025.

Ms. Zhu, aged 44, currently serves as manager of the planning management department of the Company, holds directorships in two Company subsidiaries, and holds a master’s degree in economics from Beijing Normal University. She has professional experience spanning commercial banking and key management roles at Capinfo since 2018.

Subject to shareholder confirmation of the amendments, Ms. Zhu’s term as staff representative director will begin on the date of approval at the extraordinary general meeting and continue until the conclusion of the ninth session of the Board or until a new staff representative director is selected. Under her new role, Ms. Zhu will not receive additional remuneration from Capinfo (1075).
