The liquidator also applied to the court for further directions to determine not to establish a review committee in the company's liquidation. The instruction application hearing will be held on September 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the High Court Building, 38 Queensway, Admiralty, Hong Kong, before High Court Judge Chan Ching-fan.
