The Pennsylvania-based firm, headquartered in Warminster, aims to raise $17 million by offering 3 million shares at a price range of $5 to $6 per share.
Based on the midpoint of this proposed pricing range, the company's market valuation would reach approximately $127 million.
Varsal Tech focuses on developing and distributing specialty chemicals, pharmaceutical intermediates, and custom chemical solutions for clients in pharmaceuticals, electronics, industrial manufacturing, personal care, and research.
The company sources its products through a network of third-party manufacturers in China, to whom it provides proprietary process specifications and technical guidance, while also managing downstream logistics, packaging, and global delivery.
Its product portfolio includes sulfonyl chemicals, phosphorus-based chemicals, and other specialty intermediates, produced in compliance with ISO 9001 certification and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
Founded in 1993, Varsal Tech generated revenue of $19 million for the twelve-month period ending March 31, 2026.
The company plans to list its shares on the NYSE American exchange under the ticker symbol "VAT".
