Jinshang Bank Releases 2025 Annual and ESG Reports; Confirms Full Transition to Digital Investor Communications

Apr 28

Jinshang Bank Co., Ltd. announced on 28 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report and 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report are now available in both English and Chinese on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the Bank’s own site (www.jshbank.com). Printed versions have been dispatched only to H-shareholders who previously opted for hard copies.

The Bank reiterated the electronic-only dissemination framework first outlined on 22 March 2024. Going forward, all corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided exclusively online.

Because the Bank has not yet received functional email addresses from intermediaries holding shares on behalf of non-registered shareholders, investors are urged to supply an email contact to their banks, brokers, custodians or HKSCC Nominees Limited to ensure timely delivery of digital materials.

Shareholders preferring hard copies may request printed documents free of charge by emailing jinshang.ecom@computershare.com.hk or by writing to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Each request remains valid for one year unless revoked earlier.

Enquiries can be directed to the H-share registrar at +852 2862 8688 during Hong Kong business hours.
