PanAsialum Holdings Company Limited (PANASIALUM) announced that its 2026 Interim Report has been published in both English and Chinese. The document is now accessible on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s corporate site (www.palum.com).

In line with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s revised Listing Rule 2.07—effective 31 December 2023—PANASIALUM has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. These materials include, but are not limited to, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms. Printed copies will no longer be issued by default.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive electronic notifications must provide a functional email address to their respective intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians or nominees). Until an email address is on record, shareholders will not receive publication alerts and will need to check the company’s and HKEXnews websites proactively.

Shareholders preferring printed versions can submit a written or email request—detailing their name, address and specific requirements—to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or via panasialum.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon receipt of a valid request.
