GOODBABY INTL (01086) announced its full-year financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. The Group recorded revenue of HK$8.659 billion, representing a decrease of 1.2% compared to the previous year. Profit attributable to shareholders was HK$219 million, a decline of 38.6% year-on-year. Earnings per share were HK$0.13. A final dividend of HK$0.05 per share was declared.

The Group experienced strong revenue growth in Europe and other regions, driven by robust consumer demand for its CYBEX products. However, revenue declined in the US and China markets.

The decrease in the Group's net profit was primarily due to a reduction in gross profit and an increase in income tax expense. The lower gross profit was mainly a result of the slight decrease in Group revenue, while the gross profit margin remained largely stable, with an improvement noted in the second half compared to the first half. The increase in income tax was mainly attributable to higher profits generated in regions with elevated tax rates and withholding taxes arising from dividend distributions among Group entities.

These negative impacts were partially offset by an improvement in the Group's finance costs, which benefited from a reduction in loan amounts and lower interest rates. During the period, the Group continued to generate a steady operating cash flow. The Group's financial resources and liquidity position remained healthy.
