世茂集团控股有限公司（股票代码：00813）8月3日发布公告称，已收到董事许世坛先生的通知，中国证券监督管理委员会于2026年7月31日向其发出行政处罚决定书。
根据决定书，许世坛因与上海世茂相关的若干信息披露违规行为，被处以警告、人民币490万元罚款，并被实施为期六年的证券市场禁入措施。自决定书宣布之日起，许世坛不得在现有或其他任何机构从事证券及证券服务业务，也不得担任现有或任何其他证券发行人的董事、监事或高级管理人员。
世茂集团董事会（许世坛除外）认为，基于目前掌握的信息，该处罚决定不会对集团业务及运营造成重大不利影响。公司将持续评估相关事态发展及其结果（包括根据上市规则第3.08条对董事适任性的要求），并就任何重大进展向市场发布更新。
除上述披露外，公司表示并无其他根据上市规则第13.51(2)(h)至(v)条需要披露的资料。世茂集团强调，将按照所有适用法律及上市规则，在适当时机发布进一步公告。
