上海电气(02727)发布更新公告，更新了截至2025年12月31日止年度末期股息的股东批准日期及代扣所得税信息。
公告显示，公司建议宣派末期普通股息，每10股派发现金红利0.1425元人民币。此建议尚需提交将于2026年6月5日召开的股东大会审议批准。
目前，此次股息派发的港元金额、汇率、除净日、股份过户截止时限、暂停办理股份过户登记日期、记录日期及股息派发日等具体时间安排均尚未确定，有待公司进一步公布。
在代扣所得税方面，公告明确了不同股东类型的适用税率。对于非中国内地的非居民企业股东及部分符合条件的非居民个人股东，适用税率为10%；对于部分与中国签订税收协议税率高于10%或未有协议的国家的个人股东，适用税率为20%。通过沪港通、深港通投资公司H股的内地投资者，个人和证券投资基金适用20%的税率；而通过沪港通投资公司A股的香港市场投资者，适用10%的税率。公告提醒，符合税收协定优惠税率条件的股东可按规定申请退税。
