本季度信息
中木国际公告显示，截至2026年6月30日止六个月，公司实现营收约1.16亿港元，同比减少19.3%（上一年同期约1.44亿港元）。期内经调整净亏损约1,106.10万港元，而上一年同期该数据约为92.90万港元。毛利率由上年同期的8.6%提升至10.4%，经营活动产生的现金流由上年同期净流出2,791.50万港元转为净流入855.30万港元。
从成本结构看，销售及分销费用从160万港元增加至620万港元，主要由于食品及饮品业务的营销支出提升；行政费用约740万港元，相较上一年同期的840万港元有所下降；研发投入从202.10万港元大幅增长至886.80万港元。
业务分项
木材相关业务在报告期内录得收益约0.99亿港元，而上年同期约为1.33亿港元；减少的主要原因是市场环境竞争加剧与房地产市场需求走弱所致。食品及饮品分部则实现收入约1,723万港元，相较上年同期的约1,079万港元有所增长。公司表示，随着国民对均衡健康饮食需求的上升，功能性食品及饮品板块表现亮眼，也带动该分部收入保持增长势头。
