YUEXIU PROPERTY Subsidiary Secures Bank Financing Facility of Up to HK$1 Billion

YUEXIU PROPERTY (00123) has announced that on September 29, 2026, Chun Ying Development Limited (the borrower) and the company (as guarantor) entered into a facility letter with a bank (the lender), pursuant to which the lender will provide a bank financing facility of up to HK$1 billion for the development of the remaining portion of Yau Tong Inland Lot No. 46, subject to the terms and conditions of the facility letter, with the borrower acting as the developer of the development project.

The final maturity date under the facility letter shall be no later than October 1, 2031, or such extended date as approved by the lender, provided that the lender's obligations under the facility letter shall automatically terminate and expire on the same date on which its obligations under the relevant financial commitment made in favor of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Director of Lands cease.

The borrower is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and its obligations under the facility letter are guaranteed by the company.
