Wang On Group Posts June 2026 Monthly Return: Share Capital Steady at 14.17 Billion Shares, Public Float Meets 25% Rule

Wang On Group Limited has released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer covering the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in either its authorised or issued share capital during the month. The disclosure was filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 July 2026 by Company Secretary Mr Cheung Lap Kei.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 40.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, representing total authorised capital of HKD 400.00 million.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 14.17 billion ordinary shares, and the group continued to hold no treasury shares. Consequently, total issued shares also stood at 14.17 billion.

Wang On Group confirmed that it satisfied the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement, maintaining at least 25% of its issued shares in public hands as at 30 June 2026.

The filing further noted that there were no share option exercises, warrant issuances, convertible securities, or other equity-related movements during the month.
