IMMUNEONCO-B buys back 49,000 H-shares, treasury stock rises to 1.96 million

ImmuneOnco Biopharmaceuticals (Shanghai) Inc. (IMMUNEONCO-B) disclosed that on 23 July 2026 it repurchased 49,000 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 3.37 and HKD 3.40, for a volume-weighted average of HKD 3.3853. The aggregate consideration was approximately HKD 0.17 million.

Following the transaction, the company holds 1.96 million H-shares as treasury shares, while its total issued share capital remains unchanged at 420.48 million shares, comprising 418.51 million issued shares (excluding treasury shares) and the above-mentioned treasury stock.

The buyback was executed under the general mandate approved on 28 May 2026, which authorises IMMUNEONCO-B to repurchase up to 43.15 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 1.96 million shares, equivalent to 0.46% of the share count outstanding on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, ending on 22 August 2026.
