Genting Singapore Strikes Off Two Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries

Genting Singapore (G13) announced that two of its direct wholly-owned subsidiaries have been struck off their respective company registers. Resorts World at Sentosa Sdn. Bhd. was removed from Malaysia’s register on Apr, 13 2026, while PineGlory Pte. Ltd. was struck off the Singapore register on May, 18 2026.

The company said the moves are not expected to have any material impact on the group’s consolidated net tangible assets or earnings per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026. It added that none of its directors or substantial shareholders has any interest in the transactions beyond their shareholdings in the company.
