瑞声科技控股有限公司(02018)于2026年7月2日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司于当日回购30万股普通股，占回购前已发行股本的0.0259%。回购价格介乎每股40.24港元至40.72港元，总对价约1,216.89万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数变更为1,159,211,000股，库藏股数增至39,289,000股。根据公告，购回授权于2026年5月21日获股东大会通过，可回购股份总数为116,177,450股，至今已累计回购2,563,500股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的0.2207%。截至目前，授权余量约1.14亿股。公司提示称，在本次回购完成后至2026年8月1日，受有关上市规则限制，将不会进行新的股份发行或库藏股的再出售或转让。
公司确认此次回购已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法例。公告由联席公司秘书关慕宜签署。
