Country Garden (02007) Issues 10.66 Million New Shares following Convertible Bond Conversion

On 20 February 2026, Country Garden Holdings Company Limited (02007) recorded an issuance of 10.66 million new ordinary shares at HKD 2.60 per share due to the conversion of its zero coupon mandatory convertible bonds (MCB (A)). This newly issued portion constituted approximately 0.0256% of the company’s existing share capital.
As a result, the total number of issued shares increased from 41.72 billion shares to 41.73 billion shares. No treasury shares were involved in the transaction, and there were no repurchases or redemptions for cancellation as of the reporting date.
